About.

RandolphWORC is funded, in part, from a Department of Labor Grant though September 2022.  The goal of this pilot program is to increase access to training programs for those who are first time job seekers, those under-employed, displaced workers, and those who will be leaving a corrections institute and will be entering the workforce.

Prior to the grant being awarded, several business and community members gathered for many months to talk about this grant opportunity and what it could mean for Randolph County.  Randolph County Housing Authority was one of only 10 grant recipients, out of the over 120 applications.
