All of our program we will focus not only on technical education, but on the person.  The RandolphWORC job coach will work one-on-one with each participant to assist with obstacles that are preventing the person from getting and retaining employment.  We consider this program a partnership between our participants and the job coach.

We will also be holding classes on finances, ethics and personal development over the next 2 years. These classes will be open to all the participants regardless of which program they are in, or even if they have graduated the program.

Our Job Coach and Program Manager will check in with program participants once they complete their program for at least one year to measure their employment success.
